The costing for all training, consultancy and translation/editing requests will be confirmed only on receiving full instructions and specifications from client. A quotation will be sent to the client for acceptance. This acceptance will form the basis of our agreement.

All payments are to be made in advance. All payments should be made into the company’s bank account and the pay-in slip faxed to the company

The maximum number of participants per training session is 30.

Where meals and accommodation are required, a quotation of costs involved will be  provided.

Travel outside of Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya for training and consultancy will incur travel cost. Travel to Sabah/Sarawak will incur cost of air travel.
