General Consumer Course (Duration 7 days)

Comprises interactive training in 6 basic consumer modules as above and country paper presentation by participants.

Consumer training course and field trip to Malaysia (Duration 14 days)

Comprises interactive training in 6 basic consumer modules as above, project work plus briefings by relevant agencies and visits to facilities. Project work and country papers need to be presented by participants.

Notes: Course 11 is offered to international participants from consumer NGO’s and government departments dealing with consumer interests who require training in basic consumer related areas.Course 12 is aimed at providing international participants with basic consumer training together with field trip exposure concerning consumer legislation, consumer education and development of the consumer movement as practised in Malaysia.
