We have been in operation since 2002 and have undertaken numerous training courses and projects for a wide range of clients. Participants enjoy our highly interactive training style. We are flexible and highly-motivated, with a proven track record of training and consultancy in various consumer areas. We can conduct our programs in any part of Malaysia. We can conduct them in-house or at the premises of our clients. We can also design courses according to the specific needs of our clients. Public Sector, Private Sector and NGO’s are recommended to provide consumer oriented training to their staff as this will enable them to understand consumer issues, consumer needs and consumer laws which impact significantly on business. Our training programs are offered to organizations. However should individuals be interested to attend any of our training packages, our company is willing to conduct the training required if there is a minimum of 10 individuals in the group.
